I am not receiving emails due to no storage? 🤔

@Margyd Good evening!

Have you tried deleting some emails to clear some storage?

Deleted all, except eight in saved emails. 😔

Are you using the Samsung email app? If so, please check the email sync settings as follows:

1. From the home screen, swipe up or down to access your apps.
2. Select the Samsung folder.
3. Select Email.
4. Select the menu icon in the top left-hand corner.
5. Select the gear icon.
6. Select your email account.
7. Select the switch next to Sync emails.

From Email sync schedule you can choose the sync frequency, and customise peak and off peak settings.

Please note that by choosing Manually you will have to physically refresh your email app to get new emails.

Think I have sorted them. Went into One Drive and deleted stuff and they started ti come through again. Thanks for advice 🙂
