No extra storage in OneDrive with Samsung Cloud

I connected my existing Microsoft one drive account to my Samsung account thinking that it would add the promised Samsung cloud storage space to my existing one drive. That did not happen and I am stuck with the same storage and can't backup my phone because of lack of space.

Has anyone faced the sam issue and could you suggest what can be done?

Samsung cloud for photos and files was replaced with Onedrive automaticaly, which i dont like, so iam using Dropbox now, cause Samsung have a deal with Microsoft now

I have noticed the same just today. When, back in Oct the end of the Samsung cloud and photo upload was mentioned I connected to OneDrive and saw 1TB. Now I have ~16GB uploaded and it is saying I am 11Gb over my 5GB  limit! Struggling to get in touch with anyone helpful at either Samsung or Microsoft.

Yes, there is no use of connecting Samsung Cloud and Microsoft One Drive if the storage doesn't add up.
