No Benefits tab in Members App

There is no benefits tap in the members app, it is the latest version of the app.

Having the same problem...can't claim my earbuds

Same here on Galaxy S10, can't claim my Samsung Buds.

Contacted Samsung Support from the members app and they told me "They are aware of the problem and are working on it" (This was Samsung Support for Cyprus and Greece, since ive seen UK and Ireland people can claim them through a link)
