no access to apps etc

from my tablet as my mobile A90 is stuck at home page and after loads if attempts lets me into texts but not letting my open them, or do anything else.   I think its the voice of Bixby constantly saying double tap to open or unlock but nothing happens. I have held down the side buttons  which allows the phone to restart but no change.  anyone else experienced this or can anyone offer advice? thanks

Could you try to start your phone in Safe Mode to see if you're able to access your settings: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/

When in Settings, search for Bixby and ensure 'Bixby Routines' have been switched off.
