New consent to processing Health data

Hi @Samsung Team,

Can anyone from Samsung (and I mean Samsung) explain to me the new update in your health app? The section "Consent to processing health data" is concerning because not only do you want the right to share my data with "third parties" and countries like the U.S. and Samsung staff, but you also say that if I DO NOT consent, I can't use the app with friends or sync it across devices.

So, If I don't comply with you selling my Health data, I am not allowed to "play or use your services".

I want to remind of the European Data Act, and that you should not be forcing us to oblige to something to be able to use your app.

Da hier niemand von Samsung mitliest wird dir hier von Samsung auch niemand antworten. Dies ist eine User helfen Usern Community. Du wirst dich damit direkt an Samsung wenden müssen oder eben "nicht zustimmen" wenn du damit nicht einverstanden bist.

Ok, dann wirst du ja sicher auch eine Antwort von Samsung auf deine E-Mail bekommen. Das ist hier übrigens eine deutsche Community, da wäre es auch gut wenn du deine Fragen auch auf deutsch stellst 😉
