Netflix download not working

Hi on netflix I set limits to 3 gigs then I download a couple of films then storage was at the limit put the limit to 30 gigs then it said no space available ME: What. I don't get it I had 3 apps 0 photos and videos factory reseted it same thing     Help please

I don't use the app but I think the limit you set is xGB per hour, not an overall limit. See here https://help.netflix.com/en/node/87
