In a future update it would be nice to have which comment that has been deemed inappropriate or wrong rather than just a nar. Then you can delete it or change it

What is NAR?

I've had a few notifications to my posts with only nar in them, is that my posts that have been removed or someone else's.

It's something we shouldn't be getting and the mods and Devs are aware of the issue. It's an internal notification that other mods only are supposed to see for posts that has already been dealt with in their reported post queue. It means no action required.
