My files, Samsung Cloud, OneDrive

Hi,

I am aware that OneDrive is able to synchronise the gallery in real time (only photos and videos). But what about the other files? Before OneDrive, everything inside the folders "Download" and "My Documents" was being synchronized and could be restored with the other samsung apps.

How am I able to synchronise my files (NOT PHOTOS OR VIDEOS), to OneDrive or Samsung Cloud automatically?

Yes but it only syncs pictures and not files (pdfs, word documents, songs etc.

Unfortunately you can no longer do this. Back in the day you synced My Files to Samsungs own service but this has now ended. Instead, they partnered with Microsoft so that Gallery can sync to OneDrive but this will only sync pictures and videos as you've found out. You will need to find another service to sync regular files because OneDrive allows you to manually back up regular files but won't work as a sync service.
