Hi Baify, I've just taken some advice and went into Google play, then Apps and Games and then updated all Apps, rebooted my phone and now everything's working! 😁

which model do you have? by reboot I imagine it'd restart , if you hold you power button down and select reset or depending on which model you Can do a hard reset.
