Please my new s23 ultra is not working, not connected with SMARTH SWITCH am unable to transfer my data from my old phone please I need help

If you have smart switch installed on both phones. Just follow the instructions.

Thanks so much everyone have tried it nothing, the old phone note 10 is ready and the signal is set but s23 is not showing any connectivity signs am on thesame WiFi and I have tried to use the cable to connect it but all in vain no connectivity at all both sides and s23 is very slow in responding please help me out

When and where did you buy your Galaxy S23? Also, is the software on the phone up-to-date? Go to Apps > Settings > Software update > Download and install.

Thanks I got it from someone on Facebook new in the box I checked the imei all is fine, I guess is software thanks for help please what can I do
