Now I have mobile data problems. I need to switch off and on mobile data to regain access
Mine updated last night and I've been having problems with mobile data too.
Apps appear to be offline until I do the mobile data on-and-off trick you described, then they load correctly.
I have put the phone into hotspot mode, connect my laptop and everything works as it should on the laptop. However, apps on the phone still appear to be off line - which is really, really odd.
Have restarted and switched off-on the phone multiple times, took sim card out etc, nothing cures it
As you mentioned, does anyone know how to actually report this to Samsung? As I would say there is some sort of conflict error within the update that needs fixing.
