mobile data not connecting after update

Hi

My Samsung Galaxy A32 5G 2021 mobile phone had an update this morning and the 4G does not come on when I tap the data icon. not sure if it is a coincident or not, it worked fine prior to this morning.

I am not computer savvy and am 76 yrs old . Any help would be appreciated.

I have restarted the phone a few times, I have taken out the sim card out and back in again but no joy.

I have plenty of data available to use so it is not that.

If you're on Vodafone UK then you may need new Vodafone APN settings (Internet settings) sent to your Samsung A32 5G.

Either last month or the month before it seems there was a Voda firmware upgrade that caused issues with the APN setup.

Very impressive at 76... I have teenage friends who know less about their phone than you! Hope that you've got it sorted now, I had this problem a couple of weeks ago but can't remember how I fixed it- sorry! If you have then well done and I hope it stays working :smiling-face:

Can you help why I'm having the same problem as John after a samsung update, my phone won't use data..I've tried calling and it's been a nightmare...help if you can?
