Hello,
I recently recieved an email stating that my data was going to be deleted off of the Samsung cloud if I didn't log in soon. I was under the impression that I was logged in but when I checked realized that I had in fact been logged in but into a different email address. I couldnt find where to log into the other account in the cloud so in order to ensure that the data wasn't deleted, I selected "remove account" and logged into the primary cloud account. The memos present were not the ones I recognized so I assumed that they were from the other account. Therefore, I logged back into the first account and now my memos are all completely gone! Is there any way to restore them? I thought they were synced!
