Can anyone Help.
I have Glaxaxy S5 phone. The Memo App is not working.
I open it...I can see first screen of previous notes made. Then message
' Unfortunately, Memo has stopped. ok'
Cannot touch anything on app screen including the 3 dots in top right hand corner...nothing can be done before error message appears.
There are 59 notes made and various things I have noted.
Now I haven't saved anything to cloud or backup anywhere.
I've tried going in to settings to managing apps and cleared Memo app cache, disabled app, enabled, forced stop etc... All unsuccessful
Loaded S Note App to try and do a import but obviously nothing will come through..
Any ideas ??...is there any possible way I can get to my notes if only to copy them on to paper !!

Sorry for late reply back.
Tried getting a apk file available on Internet.
Was able to load the files on on to device...after a few phasing errors...avg deleted off device...

Tried a few times with different versions of apk Memo app files
No result it just wouldn't let the final install take place.
In frustration I deleted the contents of memo app
The app works but no/ lost data
Just couldn't work out why it wouldn't install the downloaded file
