Make screenshot toolbar not interfere with scroll

When taking a screenshot, and then scrolling(normally, not scrolling a screenshot), the scrolling is canceled because the tap is used to dismiss the screenshot toolbar. Instead, the toolbar should be dismissed while the scroll is happening, or while any other interaction is happening really.
