I bought my earbuds in November 2018 and the left one just quit working. When I put it in the case the red light comes on. I tried to connect them to another phone, charge and reset them. But without the left one connected I can reset or update them. I've tried every trouble shooting thing I can find. I even put them into my wife's charging case and it does the same thing. Thanks for any help.
I did all of these recommendations. My left earbud was not recognized and was not charging. I placed the left ear bud in the docking station without the right side and left and it alone for several hours. When I checked, it was finally recognized and fully charged. However, when I tried to use them, neither worked. I had to reinstall the app, etc. now they both work. It shouldn’t be this difficult, but keep trying. It just took patients.
