Mobile Apps & ServicesI bought my earbuds in November 2018 and the left one just quit working. When I put it in the case the red light comes on. I tried to connect them to another phone, charge and reset them. But without the left one connected I can reset or update them. I've tried every trouble shooting thing I can find. I even put them into my wife's charging case and it does the same thing. Thanks for any help.

1. Place both buds in the charging case for 10-15 seconds, then place them back in your ears.
2. Disable Bluetooth on the connected mobile device for around 20 seconds then re-enable it.
3. Open the Galaxy Wearables app > About Earbuds > Reset Earbuds
If the issue persists then I recommend visiting a Samsung Support Centre where an engineer can inspect the buds for you. To find your nearest one please check the link below, select 'Mobile Device > Phones, Tablets and Wearables' and enter your post code.

Mobile Apps & ServicesThere are 2 YouTube solutions 1 st to press down on the one that is not working for about 10 seconds until the green light starts to blink red, followed by pressing on both buds while in the case. That did not work for me what worked for me was what YouTube Samudera sport said, leave only the one not working, for me the left one in, move it until it the light stays on red, you will need to tweet it because it will go green right away. You need it to stay red with the case open and only one bud in. In about 15 minutes the phone will see the left charging and connected you need it to stay for 30 minutes. Download the updated as soon as connection is established. You may need to install the bud again, I personally don't think it is necessary only mentioning it because the first video recommend it, and that video did not work for me.
