Latest S20FE5G update and health accessories

I have to take my BP on regular basis and this is recorded automatically into SH.

Today I received the system update for the S20FE5G and then done a couple more BP tests.

I went to do my next one and see difference between my others for today before contacting my Dr with the results.

I noticed the results had not gone into SH after the system update and had to re-enable the accessory for it to record new tests. 

Is there a way to always ensure that the device is available within SH without need to constantly check it.

From experience. Would not rely on phone to record BP results The stand alone devices using a cuff are far more accurate & much more reliable & not expensive.

As stated in my post the accessory had been turned off within SH after the system update.

I don't use the phone it just records my readings from my accessory
