Why can't I find any images I have saved

@galzer1991: I'm not familiar with the Kik app, but try heading into the app settings to see what media download options are available to you. In the meantime, head to the Gallery app > Albums, to see if the images are showing here, potentially in their own folder, or swipe up from your Home Screen > Samsung (folder) > My Files, and check the Images and Downloads folders. You can also try using the search function at the top of the My Files landing page, to see if you're able to locate the images in this manner.

I used to be able to save images and vid content from kik and it would automatically appear in the "Gallery", however, in the last few weeks...nothing appears anywhere in the Gallery? Can anyone explain where images and content is being saved, as it's not appearing in the Gallery or anywhere on my Samsung device ?!
