Mobile Apps & ServicesCalled them in the end, ticket was escalated and got a confirmation email saying account should be fine. Only thing I will say, tech support is very difficult to understand with the accent! Lots of: sorry.. what... say that again please? 😑

I thought I got scammed in the first place, as it was sent to my other email account (which I did not use for my samsung account)
