Do not take out insurance with Samsung Care+!!
This department is completely incompetent! Insurance docs etc are not correctly prepared, when making a claim or booking a repair believe me you will struggle!! Almost 3 weeks trying to get my phone sorted and I haven't got anywhere!
Top level poor customer service from Samsung!
Even had to make a complaint which hasn't sped things up or resolved anything, this is the problem with large corporations like this, they don't care about us consumers!
