Instant play games

I wish samsung would stop sending me notifications on the instant play games as I dont give a toss about them and just won't to use what I need without all the ***** that comes with samsung store.

Are you referring to the 'Game launcher' app? If so, you can switch off notifications by holding onto the app icon > Tap the 'i' > Notifications > Switch off the 'Game Launcher' notifications. If it's another app, you can follow the same steps there'll be different labels within the 'Notifications' section.
