Incoming International calls

Callers from India get a busy tone how do I solve this?

probably a problem with their carrier , but to be sure
where(in which country) are you and what is the country of your phone number, also both of the person trying to phone you. if both phone numbers are from the same country are they from the same carrier?

@beadie: Try heading to the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Block numbers > Block unknown/private numbers, and toggle this off if it is active. Go back > Supplementary services > Call barring > Incoming calls > Toggle off any active options here. If you are currently outside the region where you're registered to your network, then please reach out to them directly to see if any changes can be made from their side to allow international calls to your current location.
