Hi team , as the USA get the Snapdragon variant of some phones and in the UK we get the Exynos ( 🤦🏻‍♂️) version , is it possible to buy a phone from the USA and will it work in the UK and will it still be warrantied here in the UK ?? Thanks

Hey @Edgie70! You wouldn't have a valid warranty on a phone from the USA in the UK, as the warranty is regional. The phone will also not receive certain updates while in the UK, as the software pushed with the help of the UK Networks won't be compatible with your phone.

And 5g would not work.

Why not just get it cheaper imported from Hong Kong then? Always more expensive buying from the US.

I'm basically seeing if it's possible to get a Snapdragon S21 for example in the UK rather than the Exynos , not necessarily from the USA anywhere would do ...

They are only available in the US market.

There's many import places to get a Snapdragon version of the S21, it's easily possible and actually quite a bit cheaper, the caveat being the lack of warranty.
