Hi I just wanted to check if there has been a change in the terms of trade in. I tried to trade in my phone as part of an order and subsequently had to cancel to change delivery address. I received my cancellation and refund emails but it wouldn't accept the IMEI again when trying to reorder. I spoke to Dianne on the chat who told me I won't be able to use that IMEI again even though the order was cancelled. This seemed a bit strange as surely if its cancelled I should be able to use it again? Or has the policy changed?
