Try - Settings - Themes - tap on My Stuff and apply the " Default " theme - will set theme, wallpaper and icons back to how they were when phone was new
Yes it does - but at the top left there is a small box labelled " My Stuff " - tap on that and you will see any themes you have loaded on your phone including the default theme
