I need help from smasung team main office

I live in egypt today morning I opened my pictures on hidden folder I did not found my half pictures and it's seems has error not work to allow me to open the pictures and I tried to delet but also not working after that I did contacted with Samsung team in egypt but they did not give a ***** for what I have got and now I need my pictures back to me and next time I will not choice Samsung smart phone that realy very bad to happen
