Mobile Apps & Services@mrsbee: Not sure what could be causing this, but I recommend checking the following to see if any of the suggestions resolve the issue for you.
- Enable Mobile Data (required for messages containing images, or that exceed 150 characters)
- Open the Messages app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > More Settings > Text Messages, and make sure a number is populated in the Message Center section.
- While your in the 'More Settings' section, scroll down and enable 'Delete Old Messages' to ensure that you have room to receive new messages.
- If you have RCS Chat enabled on your phone, head to the Chat Settings > Default Messaging Type > Automatic
- Contact your network provider directly to enquire about any issues with your account, or to the service in your area.
