how to track food in Samsung health

Open Samsung health
Tap the food card
Select when you did eat the food
Breakfast lunch and dinner
Tu use custom foods tap my food
Then tap add food
Enter name and details
To select a food tap SEARCH 
Search for the food
Tap √
Tap NEXT 
Tap DONE
Food data saved.


Note! If you use the latest version of Samsung Health you won't be able to use the weight management feature

my tracker is grossly inaccurate. it doesn't taly up all my foods. e.g. if I ate Feta it doesn't count the calcium content.

Late to the party, I know... 

I've noticed that the individual foods have the macronutrients but when you add them to a meal they don't transfer. 

In my overall daily fibre, for example, it says the top 3 things are listed, but only 2 are there. Considering I had a massive bowl of veg for lunch, the fibre should be off the scale. I don't get how it doesn't transfer when the individual values show them.
