How to remove UK placenames from Autocorrect?

If I make the smallest mistake typing something (on an S21+, latest Android & Samsung updates, English (Ireland) as language), it'll sometimes autocorrect to the correct spelling or another word - as it should - but a lot of the time it will instead insert the name of some random village or town from the United Kingdom.

This is incredibly unhelpful. I'm Irish, I live in Ireland. I will never want to have my accidental mis-spelling of 'might' auto-corrected to 'Myton-on-Swale', or 'fluffy' to 'Floughinghamborough'.

Is there any way to switch off or remove British placenames from my autocorrect/dictionary?

The only thing I can suggest is to long-press on any unwanted words, which then triggers a prompt, advising that a particular word will be removed. An example of this would be "YOURE" instead of "YOU'RE". I think this might be a way to do it, otherwise you would probably have to check the keyboard settings.
