created nothing but a nightmare recently, and in the past, when my phone broke.

every single muppet wants to confirm identity by sending confirmation to your phone.

ONLY 1 company gave me the option of a tick box 'no access to phone/sms.'

What exactly is your question here or are you simply venting?

Most companies with whom you have an account look to secure your data but using 2FA.....
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

well, question is as per title? and yes also venting.

indeed they do want you on 2fa but 99% of those don't understand phone/sms access is not always an option!

but I'm guessing 2fa is nailed on and no chance of removal....

tickbox 'no access to phone/sms'....why is this not an option?

You'll need to reach out to each company and ask them.

This is a not Samsung issue. Your device provides the functionality and that functionality works.

I suggest you re-writerl what your actual issue is then

So far you're having an issue with 2FA (which is not a Samsung problem, the functionality works) and you've also said your phone is broken but you haven't said what is broken.

If you can't explain, we can't offer help and support.
