created nothing but a nightmare recently,and in the past,when my phone broke.
every single muppet wants to confirm identity by sending confirmation to your phone.
ONLY 1 company gave me the option of a tick box 'no access to phone/sms.'

well,question is as per title? and yes also venting.
indeed they do want you on 2fa but 99% of those don't understand phone/sms access is not always an option!
but I'm guessing 2fa is nailed on and no chance of removal....
tickbox 'no access to phone/sms'....why is this not an option?

of course its a samsung issue when I'm trying to access samsung cloud/members etc etc
