Samsung S9, location Germany, german SIM. I can access the german community from the members app, but would rather like to access the UK community. Account support told me I had to change the country in my account from Germany to UK to do that. I ordered them to do that, now I've got an UK account ... but still see the german community from the members app. Tried to delete cache and storage of app, un- and reinstalled the app, to no avail.
Members support and account support are no help ... any ideas here ?
