I was texted by my provider that I had reached my bill limits due to out of bundle charges. 
On speaking to member of support team apparently I've been texting consistently a UK Number in Staffordshire which on dialing the number's NOT recognised.
I've recently added a new friend on my WhatsApp whose using USA business number. Something feels off, am I being scammed or hacked?
Any tips welcomed - S A

Ignore all contacts beyond phoning your provider themselves. Anything as such like texting should be dealt with via your sim provider

Whatapp would be unrelated to any billing

You need to close off all off your settings ASAP. Block and delete that number, and in a really bad case you will need to reset your phone back to factory. And start again. Don't give permission to any app, as most will add software without you even knowing. You need to be more careful these days. To much information available to anyone with knowledge to take. Don't leave your front door open to burglary. Close the door and lock it. To check to see if your loosing your info do this. Go into phone dealing and put this

You should get a list saying. Calls not forwarded etc
Etc. If any say :forwarded
Your being scammed or hacked. Hope this helps. Be safe. Keep your phone safe.

Good thing with modern tech/ and samsung knox is realistically youre only ever going to get hacked if youre tricked into allowing said door opened, downloading, clicking or giving details without stopping and thinking. Getting "hacked" isn't quite as it used to be beyond Phishing scams
