I want to change my region for my samsung acciunt but it won't allow me to

Go to account.samsung.com and log into your account.

Click on Profile.

Scroll down and click Edit personal information.

Click on Country or region.

Select the desired region and country, then click Change.

Read the information provided on screen. Click the checkbox, and then click Change.

It wont allow me to click on where it says region

I think you have to use either a Web page on your mobile or a laptop / pc

I have just gone to Chrome on my S24 Ultra, went to account.samsung.com and signed in.

Had no trouble changing region there.
