Can someone please explain why it says at 2.00am-2.59 my heart rate reached 199 when i check it on the continuous as you can see the highest it wen to was 116 between 2.30 and 2.40 please explain this as i have severe anxiety regarding my heart and diffrent readings continously

I think it is just displaying your "safe range". A bit like the rev counter in a car, if you will. My car normally revs between 2-3000rpm, but the max 'safe' revs are below 5,500rpm. if I go over 5,500rpm for an extended continuous period, I will seriously damage the engine.
