I must admit I like to see how many steps I've accomplished per day.

Its good i go for a walk alot so keeping track of my steps has been great.

Samsung Health works pretty well for me, though I only really do some activities.   I find the Blood oxygen and type of sleep useful, have not bothered with detecting snoring as do think I do that 😁    Know some have found issues with the  accuracy though.
