Haven't gotten any software update.

 Its 2025! and i have a s24 ultra but still stuck on one ui 6.1.  haven't gotten any software updates since One UI 6.1.

Please help me

Software update aside.

Are you having any issues on your phone ?

I understand Samsung has been delaying Software on the S24 ultra but on the flip side the Software has been Awesome and almost bug free and stable.

I'd take stability over half baked Software any day.


Also I took advantage of the Awesome trade-in deals and have since moved to the S25 series.

I have found OneUi7 and the s25 series is a match made in Heaven compared to when I was trialling beta OneUi7 on my s24 ultra.

Patience is key and you will like it when you receive it.

This is the major downside of owning a Samsung. Their very strange update policy can prevent devices that are used outside the country/region of manufacture to be forgotten about. You'll either have to manually update via Odin, try to change your CSC code, return the device for one in this country of manufacture or move to a brand that knows how to update their devices.

TBF to the OP my concern from the screenshot is more not having had a Security update since April 2024 than the next UI release.

I'd maybe look to Samsung Support themselves if a forum mod not here to assist.

With the utmost respect, the delayed wasn't properly acknowledged when literally all major news outlets condemn it not mere acknowledgement, then an attempt was made to sell s25 ultra when the guy has literally the latest and greatest from last year, again most recommending against upgrading since he has s24 ultra?

Where did you purchase the phone?
Usual reasons why no update is available is because a phone has been imported from another region. Phone may have been blacklisted for some reason.
Could be a network carrier device with a different SIM.
If you haven't tried it, try connecting to a computer and using smartswitch on the computer to check for available updates
If you go into to settings
Got to about phone
Then software information
Scroll down to service provider software version. The last section of that will tell you what region or network it's from
You can look this up in a list of csc codes
