I am getting a green line down the left of all videos I share via WhatsApp. I've made sure my phone is up to date in regards to software, cleared cache on my Camera app and my S21 Ultra device via the 'clear cache partition' on the recovery menu... But I'm still getting this green line on my videos. It is something that stays with the mp4 file and can be seem by the shared recipient. Any ideas how I can resolve this please?? Thanks, Ashley
Its a well known problem. I think every one with new android 12 have this problem. Included me. There is loads of conversations about this on members. Just search. Its a software bug.
Hi, open the camera app, select video then on the top row see if and of the FHD settings are selected, if they are, change HD or whd and the green line will disappear
Thanks for your replies. I'll wait until the next update? Has it been scheduled? There's usually a follow-up quite quickly after a Android/One UI update.
The changing to HD 30 frames works though so thanks @Paulmimi👌
