GPX Files Not working with Samsung Health

I have produced some GPX routes on my Memory Map Software.  When I try to import the rotes in to Samsung Health I get the following error message "Can't open file - The GPX file is corrupt or has missing or invalid data".  Any ideas why this might be and if it can be resloved.

Hi, I have the same error message for gpx files downloaded from the os maps app...any help on this one would be much appreciated!
