For those who claimed this promotion, how long did it take for you to receive your code after verification?

Took mine around 2 weeks but I'm having trouble redeeming it now

Oh that isn't good. What's the problem in redeeming? Mine was verified about 6 days ago.

It's saying that they are struggling to complete the process and to wait 15 minutes well 12 hours later still the same

My one was over 2 weeks. Hubby's one was 2 weeks. Both worked and have been redeemed fine.

When you get the voucher email from samsung you then activate it and then you get the actual code for the playstore which you can then redeem in the playstore. Xx
