Hi, I am wondering if anyone has the same issue with Google Maps stopped working on their Samsung Galaxy devices... It won't stop loading and wouldn't give any directions - for a few weeks now. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!
hello, I have just tried the app and its working just fine and dandy, im using the ultra s20. you might want yo try to force stop the app in settings and clear the cache, restart the app.and see if this resolves the issue
Hi, thank you for your advice. That was what I did for a few times. I can't uninstall and resintall because it's preloaded. But it still doesn't work on my S20 plus. I tried googling and others say it might be GPS problem but offer no real solutions. Unfortunately I am so dependent on Google Maps for my everyday travels.
You can reset Maps to factory default ie it will revert to the original version that was installed when you got your phone. You can also try clearing app cache through the Apps menu.
