Following the One UI 7 update on my tablet, several Goodlock applications also had incompatibility issues for a few weeks. I think it was the same on the S25 Ultra when I got it for a few apps. However, I kept on checking the Galaxy store for updates and eventually they appeared which made my device compatible again . Not 100% sure if this is the same issue you are experiencing with the S21 Ultra but if it is it should be rectified shortly. Is your phone a UK device?
Many thanks for that, it gives me some hope that the issue will be resolved eventually. Yes it is a UK device. On a recommendation I deleted good lock and currently cannot reinstall it.
Apparently Good Lock is now also available on the Google Play Store. Could try downloading from there? I know that not every device is supported, nor is every country officially supported, but the S21 Ultra is supported and the UK is definitely in the list of supported countries so it should not be long now before you can get it. Good Lock has made my tablet and phone 10x better, especially with DIY home from the Good Home application. Highly recommend using it.
Thanks, but I’ve tried both the play store, where good lock doesn’t even appear now, despite that being where I originally downloaded it from, and the galaxy store which is where the incompatibility message appears.
