Gifts that give back cashback not paid

So my Claim for the gifts that give back promotion was provisionally approved on 26/01/22 Checked again yesterday 3/03/22 still saying provisionally approved. Next Thursday is the 45 day mark, has anyone else had any experience with this promotion and receiving payment?

What item did you purchase? I thought that ended the 24th or 25th?

No it was for products bought between 1st December and 24th December. I purchased the Samsung galaxy s21 fe and galaxy watch 4, and galaxy buds live. Also the a7 10.4" lte edition although this didn't get any extra cashback.

Yeah on the 26/01/22 was provisionally approved, then on 10/02/22 had a text to say they haven't forgotten about me, but i logged onto my claim yesterday and so had someone from Samsung however I still haven't had a text or email confirming payment was made

On the new 2023 promo to get money back .entered all the stuff they requested . has even had email back saying g it will be paid ASAP and yet still nothing gone into my account that over 30 days .

It's been 36days of 30days £200cashback on s23 ultra. I won't be buying any samsung product anymore, safe to say.

Approved in May now 81days still not paid email from promotions team say they have requested payment prioritised but still nothing.Samsung do not deserve your bussiness
