Hi 

When I download from my camera (not phone camera) my photos go to a few of my albums eg. Recent, favourites, birds. . If I delete the picture from 1 folder it goes from them all. I really only need one of each, so how do i save just one

Recent and favorite are only shortcuts to the original. You don't need to delete it, they are just there to help you find it faster
