Gallery app not working S24 Ultra

Gallery App not working on S23 Ultra.

I can't save any edits on the gallery app. If I crop a video or image it won't save it, it also doesn't save as copy. I've cleared cache, app is updated, restarted phone. None seems to work.

Please help 🙏🏽 😭

We need more information, is there an error message? Does it hang, does it close, does whole phone hung?
