Gallery (and possibly Camera) issue

I have recently experienced an issue with my Gallery/Camera app where the images I'm taking aren't showing in the Gallery, and only show in the correct directory in the My Files app. I have tried everything and it didn't work.I have since factory reset my S10 and it is working perfectly. I would just like to know what my issue was.

Honestly... It could have been an update-related issue, so just ensure that auto-updates are turned on for your apps, to make sure no bugs like this will occur again! Hope this helps! 🙂
