Galaxy watch steps in S Health

I recently bought a Galaxy watch. On S health it is counting both my steps on phone and on watch. The app says cannot shows steps from galaxy watch separately. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I have a Samsung e fit attached, which is broken & binned - not sure how to delete. Would this be the problem?

Cant help you there but talking about steps I just don't trust this thing. I've been wearing my apple watch 4 at same time while I compare the 2, today I'd done 4k more steps than my apple watch. swimming it counted 2 extra lengths and gave me half the calories from my swim, I just don't trust this watch
