Please allow us to backup/sync with our already downloaded and purchased content to the new phone. It's frustrating when you get a new phone and have to purchase everything again it isn't saved in our account,dowbload it again.

I found my free wallpapers and AODs by going into "purchased" items instead of "receipts". It allowed me to download all of them on my new phone, both purchases and free content. Hope this helps!

I'm having the same issue. I see the purchases from my S7 Tab but not from my note 10+ and I Have a Fold 3 that is my main phone. Chat with specialist but couldn't help because they don't understand the issue

That doesn't work. Samsung doesn't forward items from developers who no longer are there and Samsung deletes their content from your phone.

Your have to sign into samsung account to retrieve your paid themes.
