More so since the OneUI 6.1 update, the Galaxy Store continuously refuses to work properly. I continuously receive the error that something went wrong trying to connect to the it (the Galaxy Store). On the off chance it works. The issue soon returns. Currently it comes up every time i try to update (assuming i can get the app open, as the error repeats there too)

Anyone else facing issues? Any tips or ways to fix this? It's rather inconvenient.

No worries, haven't had any issues since then but it might still be rocky for a bit. Nonetheless here's to hoping it stays smooth.

I got new phone today, I have the same problem, it is updated (4.5.66.4) so it isn´t solution for me. It blocks me from sim card managment which is pretty annoying. Any suggestions?

It's a tough situation, I kind of got by with luck. You say it blocks the management of your SIM? So maybe try getting into the store without a SIM. As I said to someone else, try other wifi or even data connection(s) alongside other common tactics like restarts or clearing app cache and/or data (this also helped in my case)
