The way I got it was coming on here,Samsung Members and going to notices and there was one there offering me to upgrade to the new Beta 4 UI update and then go to settings on phone,scroll down to Software Update (4th from the bottom) then clicked install and that was it basically after a few minutes I had the Beta 4 UI update.
